RETURNS
If your item does not suit you, we accept returns under 14 days from receiving the item and regardless of the reason except damaged items.
The costs of shipping for returns are the responsibility of the client, unless it is an error on our part.
It is the responsibility of the client to return goods in good conditions: remember to protect the good well before returning them to us in their original packaging, we will reimburse you as soon as we receive your returns, within the condition that the returned items are not damaged.
If you have benefited from free delivery and now your order does not meet the minimum price required due to a partial return, the price of the original delivery will be deducted from the refund.
The majority of our products is fragile and we do our best to protect them before shipping. Nevertheless, in the case that you receive damaged or broken items, you need to inform us by email at contact@maisonsato.com with photos and details of the damaged products WITHIN TWO DAYS of receiving the items. We will send you replacement items (if the item is still in stock) or we will reimburse you. After two days of receiving, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
In cases were the items were damaged or the order was incorrect, your delivery costs will be refunded.
